How can I get my prescription?​

To receive your prescription, you must first have a consultation with a doctor. If you are not able to attend an in-person physician, you can make an appointment with one of our online doctors through the virtual clinic. Once the doctor completes the assessment, your required prescription is sent directing to your local pharmacy, ready for pickup.

What if I need a prescription fast?

Titian offers same-day emergency appointments with board-certified doctors if you are in urgent need of medication and are not able to physically attend a clinic. After a consultation of approximately 15 minutes, the doctor will prescribe you the medication necessary and the prescription will be sent for pickup to your nearest pharmacy.

Is it possible to get a refill of my prescription while traveling?

If deemed necessary, you may be granted a prescription refill for your medication, following a consultation through our online clinic. Granted one of our doctors determines that a refill is required, you will be provided with a prescription sent to your local pharmacy, which may be eligible for transfer to other pharmacies within the U.S.

Can I get a prescription for Oxycontin online?

No. As a controlled substance, Oxycontin cannot be prescribed online through our virtual clinic. Our doctors do not provide prescriptions for any controlled substances such as sedatives, narcotics, and sleep aids (Ambien, Ativan, Xanax, Vicodin etc.), stimulants, (Adderall, Ritalin, Vyvanse, etc.), or antipsychotics (Haldol, Loxitane, Zyprexa, etc.).
